1 Definitions & Scope

The following terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the 09bde website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services.
• "Terms" refers to this complete terms and conditions document.
• "Bonus" refers to the welcome bonus, cashback, or other incentive benefits offered by 09bde.
• "Wallet" refers to the user's virtual funds account on the platform.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and all financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be followed when creating and managing an account on the 09bde platform:

2.1 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

Every user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds earned.

2.2 Single Account

Only one account is allowed per person or per household address. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. The password must be kept confidential and no third party may be allowed to use the account. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, 09bde support must be notified immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

09bde reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card or other verifiable documents may be requested if necessary. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

To be eligible to use the platform, the user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Is participating on the platform of their own free will.
• Is placing bets with their own funds — not with borrowed or illegal money.
• Has knowingly accepted all provisions of these terms.

09bde is committed to preventing minors from gaming. Parents and guardians are requested to take appropriate steps to prevent underage individuals from accessing the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 09bde platform are conducted through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket).
• Deposit amounts should be reflected in the account promptly; if there is any delay, please contact support.
• It is the user's responsibility to use the correct reference and recipient number when making a deposit.
• 09bde is not responsible for deposits sent with incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

09bde reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• If account verification has not been completed.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If wagering requirements have not been met.
• If the terms and conditions have been violated.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

09bde offers bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive up to a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made:

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus).
• Wagering multiplier: 10x the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• If wagering requirements are not met, winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Weekly cashback is provided across 09bde's four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable.
• 09bde reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming on the 09bde platform:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, 09bde reserves the right to void or recalculate the bet as needed.
• Bets can be placed before the result is announced.

6.2 Sports Betting

• 09bde offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports.
• Live betting results depend on real-time data.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the applicable rules for that bet will apply.

6.3 Casino Games

• All slots, live casino, and table games are operated by fair and transparent algorithms.
• Each game has its own pay table and rules — please read them carefully before playing.
• If fraud or manipulation of game results is found, the account will be closed immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using or misusing another person's account.
• Bonus hacking or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using any automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.
• Money laundering or bringing illegal funds onto the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or providing misleading information to other users.
• Intentionally exploiting platform errors or bugs.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 09bde

09bde may temporarily suspend any account for investigation in the following circumstances:

• Suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns.
• During the identity verification process.
• During an investigation into a rule violation.

8.2 Permanent Closure

If any of the prohibited activities mentioned above are proven, the account will be permanently closed and any funds earned may be forfeited.

8.3 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw the existing balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any bonus with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

09bde gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information.

• All data is secured with SSL encryption technology.
• Personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

• A user may request corrections to their personal information.

10 Limitation of Liability

09bde is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Loss resulting from a user's own carelessness leading to account information being leaked.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Loss arising from unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, server outages).

09bde always strives to provide a safe and reliable service, however liability for compensation for any unintentional disruption is limited.

11 Responsible Gaming

09bde upholds responsible gaming as its core principle. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — never a guaranteed way to earn money.

• You are requested not to place bets beyond your means.
• Contact support to take a break from gaming or to set limits.
• If you are experiencing personal or financial problems due to gaming, seek help immediately.

12 Changes & Amendments

09bde reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• The updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will change.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or notification.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and request to close your account.
